In the context of apparent larger scale climate variability, the developers claim that this unique technology can alter weather behaviours, ahead of time and without inflicting environmental damage.

Weather Moderation Services provide RAINFALL ENHANCEMENT and CROP SHIELDING that enables client-regions to enjoy increased seasonal yields. Please see Enhancing Rainfall / Shielding Crops (below). Introducing Weather Moderation in the context of 'Climate Change' (video) - link.

Our longer term objective is to resource a Services Centre, which will reduce Australia's vulnerability to severe weather events / fire / drought and enhance / shield crops, all year round.

The company has just completed a two year-long "prototype service" for a designated target within the Wimmera, in Victoria, with record crop-yield results for the region, both years. Miles Research is planning to launch a "radical business offer" to eastern Australia, which PROPOSES to remove the "risk of drought" for subscribing regions.

An Information Session is being prepared and will be made available to any interested community. Enquiries / comments are welcomed - link.

Enhancing Rainfall / Shielding Crops

During both the 2016-17 and 2017-18 winter cropping seasons a revolutionary whole-of-crop protection technology was applied for a fixed geospatial target in the State of Victoria with startling results.

Download a one-page summary of the 2016-17 result (graphed) - link.

The recent 2017-18 winter cropping season's results reveal the Miles Research Project target achieved a second record-breaking improved yield, a better result than the rest of Australia: - link to Mail-Times article, and - link to GrainCorp review of 2017-18 year.

Bureau of Meteorology data reveals heavy rainfall was successfully blocked at the state's western border toward the end of the 2016-17 season, allowing important crop maturation for harvest. Ref. 1-Month 3D Model - link. Ref. 3-Months one-page (download) - link.

The technology brings together leading forecasting, live soil-moisture and crop-cycle data with farmer requirements and an innovative system that can open a 'gateway' into future events. Utilising (forward-event) data immersion with the 'gateway tool-set' operators can execute a scalable weather moderation, in order to defeat crop threats ahead of time.

The program culminates in the re-shaping of spatial and temporal structures of important rainfall events, combined with atmospheric 'shielding' of crops when required by clients. Such a technology's 'value-add' to the Victorian economy equates to $-billions (Ref. Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences - Report No. 181 February 2017).

Example: moderation of May 2016 event by re-shaping the rainfall footprint and total volume - link. Shielding examples, Sep 2016 - link.

In 1990’s, MIT’s Atmospheric Laboratory conducted field trials in non-conventional weather modification technologies. Through further studies, atmospheric researchers developed a theory that identified macro‐scale weather chaos as ‘the key’ to influencing weather. During late 1990's an independent research team in Australia stumbled on an 'atmospheric mechanism' whilst exploring origins of this theory (link). Experimental trials revealed that “small amounts of electromagnetic energy, applied intelligently,” could force change into weather, based on atmospheric sine wave patterns. This research culminated in the development of an atmospheric resonance technology, represented by Aquiess International (aquiess).

Electromagnetic wave forms are utilized to deliver signals toward a target weather system, that may be as remote as beyond the visible horizon. Proprietary technologies which draw upon data from locally applied hardware and software as well as disparate sensors, are deployed to modify the patterns forming 'oceanic corridors' that deliver rain. Scientific analysis of aquiess' results, shows what is described as 'resonance technology', has both a vast reach and incremental scalability.

The core technology and primary IP are protected by treaties and strict security protocols which surround the project.
