This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which ClimateViewer News, LLC collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of our websites (climateviewer.com, climateviewer.org) (“Sites”). This website, its contents, articles, images, KML and GeoJSON map files, and all content created by Jim Lee are covered by the open source license, Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ You are free to share, remix, and otherwise use this material for any purpose as long as it is not sold and a link is provided to the original source.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act

If, after our review, we believe your claim is sufficient to remove the information from public view, we will do so immediately and provide you with confirmation. If your claim is insufficient to act upon, or, in our consideration the material has been posted with a good faith effort and compliant with the DMCA, we will notify you and provide you opportunity to clarify or seek additional remedy.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Sites, register on the site place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Sites anonymously.
